In all projects that require works or layout alterations, Ocupantes will act as a partner, assisting the client in all stages that make part of this transition.  The first stage is to help the client in retaining the services of a project manager or architectural firm that can undertake the job. In a next stage, Ocupantes will support those responsible for construction, providing information regarding existing layouts and documentation required in the planning, design and construction phases, until delivery of the space.

Defining Client Needs – Together with the client, Ocupantes will determine the need to identify a project manager or an architectural firm, base don the type of project and work that will be required.

Selection and contracting of the Project Management services – Ocupantes can coordinate the whole process from selection through to engagement of the project manager or architect. This includes: coordination of interviews, comparison of proposals and recommendation to the client.

Accompanying the work – Ocupantes will support the project manager or architectural firm by providing information and documentation they may require for the stages of planning, design, construction and delivery.
