Ocupantes uses specialized software to monitor and control important lease dates such as rent reviews and lease renewals, as well as other dates such as payment of insurance, bank guarantees or rent insurance and rent payment dates.  Ocupantes prepares periodic strategy reports about market opportunities.

Deadlines include:

• Inflationary Rent adjustment (yearly)
• Rent Review date (three years after the previous agreement)
• Lease renewal date
• Date for presentation of proof of building insurance
• Date for presentation of proof of bank guarantee or rent insurance
• Date for presentation of proof of payment of other payments such as property tax.
