 2007 was a year of fast growth for Ocupantes. The firm, that was born with the dream to provide, in Brazil, a service provider focused on attending exclusively the needs of end-users, has earned respect and the right to represent great multi-national firms such as Pfizer, Novartis (Chiron), Europ, Invista among others. With a serious and professional approach, Ocupantes has obtained excellent results.
Accordingly, in order to attend local demand of some of our clients, Ocupantes now has a new office, in Salvador, capital of the state of Bahia, adding to our existing offices in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Ocupantes believes that the knowledge that the local professionals have ensures a secure and agile attendance to client demands.
As well as the new office, Ocupantes has expanded its presence throughout Brazil, being present with professionals in another 5 state capitals: Recife, Goiania, Belo Horizonte, Florianopolis and João Pessoa.
Yet it is not only geographically that Ocupantes has grown. In January 2008 has expanded its service base and now counts with two very experienced professionals.
The first is Fabio Talero, who as well as being involved in real estate transactions, shall be responsible for implementing the new Project Management Service in Ocupantes. Mr. Talero has a degree and post graduate degree in Civil Engineering, and has 16 years experience in Real Estate Management, including Facilities Management and Transaction Management, and Project management at Bovis-Lend Lease. His last experience was as Latin American Director for Trammell Crow Company, being responsible for the EDS portfolio in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Panama and Venezuela. With Fabio Talero's position leading Project Management Ocupantes knows that it is offering the best service in the segment.
The second is Valdir Lecca, hired as the new Controller for Ocupantes. His experience includes 25 years in Finance, Administrative and HR functions in companies such as Kraft Foods Brasil, Account Assessors, Manchete TV and the Villares Group. Ocupantes is certain that the transparency and professionalism of its team, characteristics that guide our relationship with our clients, will be maintained despite the growth.
What really brings us satisfaction is that, in analyzing our Client Testimonies about services rendered, we verify that 97% of responses are either "Excellent" or "Very Good". This is the reward for the commitment we have to our clients: to know that we are doing a great job.
