Valdir Lecca is the Administrative Controller responsible for general administration, accounting personnel. He has 25 years experience in the finance / accounting area.  During this time he has worked for major companies such as Kraft Foods Brasil, Account Assessores, Manchete Television Group and the Grupo Villares Group, where he took part in the implementation of payroll processes, asset control and accounts-receivable and payable. Mr. Lecca assumed management positions, with teams that prepared balance sheets, control of loans and financial investments and the implementation of a WEB system. He was also responsible for attending auditors, internal and external, focusing on account reconciliations and financial disclosures.

In his relationship with employees Mr. Lecca seeks to transmit principles that have guided his own career: good humor, pro-activity, commitment with the firm's philosophy, the desire to learn and improve, accepting new challenges and offering solutions to obstacles.

Mr. Lecca has a degree in Financial Management from the Paraná State Technological Organization, and an additional course in Accounting.
