Thomas Govier has 21 years experience in Real Estate, including 5 years in the UK, where he read Real Estate Management at the College of Estate Management (Reading University).  He is one of the few professionals associated to the RICS - Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, one of the world's leading real estate professionals' associations.  In the UK Mr. Govier worked for DTZ, one of the largest real estate consultin firms, present in Europe and Asia. 

From 1999 to September 2005, he worked for Jones Lang LaSalle, a leading international real estate consulting firm, reaching the position of Associate Director of Tenant Representation.  With extensive national and international experience in valuations and strategic consulting, Mr. Govier put together and lead Jones Lang LaSalle's Consulting & Valuation department in Brasil.

Perfectly bilingual (english and portuguese), and with a course in Real Estate Law for non-lawyers from FMU, Mr. Govier's diverse experience places him in an excelent position to attend national and multinational clients.

Mr. Govier was invited by the Brazilian valuation institute to participate in the drafting of new valuation norms, and was also a member of the committee that drafted new office building classification guidelines in São Paulo. CRECI nº 72.298.
