Sergio Mello worked as an instructor, with more than 10 years experience in leadership, strategic and tactical planning, information and intelligence.  At Ocupantes’ Rio office, he is the lead consultant.  He advises clients through the preparation of reports containing market information such as vacancy rate, occupation, absorption, new stock and prices.  He maintains contact with developers and is active in asset disposal.

Mr. Mello coordinates the Research Team for Rio, including research of closed transactions, as well as maintaining fact-sheets for commercial and industrial buildings with technical information important to clients’ decision-making.  Mr. Mello also prepares reports about zoning and studies relating to the city’s Strategic Development Plan.
