Sandro Castro is a consultant at Ocupantes and works in the search and negotiation of properties, especially retail sites in several regions around Brazil, preparing detailed reports in accordance with clients' needs.

 Mr. Castro previous experience includes management of sales teams, giving him profound experience in business administration, purchasing and negotiation with suppliers, all functions that add to his experience in dealing with diverse personalities and with direct value to the type of real estate projects he is involved such as relationship with property owners and clients.

 He is currently doing a college course for his brokerage license.
Sandro Castro is also a musician, taking part in and producing several works that have been divulged across Brazil.
