Rogério Schmidt is a Corporate Services Consultant at Ocupantes, based in the city of Florianópolis, capital of the state of Santa Catarina.  Among his main attributions, is the coordination of site searches for corporate clients, preparation of reports and property fact-sheets, and conducting of meetings with property owners, building managers and property developers in order to maintain our databases updated.

 Rogério Schmidt has vast experience in the real estate market, having worked for 10 years at Koerich Construção e Participação Ltda, one of the main construction companies in Santa Catarina.

 His daily routine related to residential Sales gave him a profound knowledge of the ins ando uts of the sale and documentation process, such as preparing contracts, promissory notes, argumentation of clauses, coordination of signatures, client advice on financing, and issues relating to notary approvals and property registry, all of which can be complicated and bureaucratic in Brazil.

 Rogério is fluent in Spanish and German.
