The whole team is dedicated to digging out hidden opportunities, validate important information and transform raw data into market reports which help our consultants supply the clients with the answers they need before taking critical decisions.

All information collected is updated quarterly.  At the end of each quarter, Ocupantes produces its Market Bulletin, Ocupantes’ newsletter, with information and statistics about the corporate office markets in São Paulo, Greater São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
