Rafael Costa has been a Consultant with Ocupantes since 2007 and is responsible for coordinating assignments out of the Belo Horizonte office, undertaking retail assignments in the state of Minas Gerais as well as industrial assignments in São Paulo. He is directly involved in ground research, analyzing alternatives and gathering information about sites of interest to clients. He prepares reports and proposals, and conducts negotiations until completion.

His experience in Real Estate includes 5 years at CB/Richard Ellis, where he worked with research in the office, retail (including Shopping Centers) and industrial sectors, such work including preparation of market graphs.  Additionally Mr. Costa worked with property disposition.

Mr. Costa has experience in accounting and administrative work, beneficial to his work of report preparation and proposals for our clients.
He has a degree in Business Administration from the Interlagos University.
