Paulo Roberto Brum is Brazilian born and has been engaged with the International Real Estate Market since 1993 after receiving his Realtor licence in Chicago, Il, having worked there in the commercial and residential real estate market for 14 years. At the end of 2007 he returned to Brazil to work in Real Estate Project Management as a residential developer. He joined Ocupantes at the beginning of 2011 and since then is part of the real estate strategic consultancy team for large companies, handling specific demands within the Greater São Paulo region.

Mr. Brum is graduated in Accounting at the Mackenzie University – Rio de Janeiro, with a post-graduate degree in Systems Design in the University Veiga de Almeida – Rio de Janeiro. He studied English as a Second Language at the University of Illinois. He also undertook a Technical course in Real Estate Transactions in 2008 and holds brokerage licence number 84208 at CRECI.
