Marcos Alves is Brazilian, Director of Tenant Representation services at Ocupantes with over 10 years experience in São Paulo's real estate market. Marcos has a past proven experience in Portfolio Management, Investment advice, Real Estate Development, Contract Management and end-user representation.

His experience representing both landlords and tenants gives him an invaluable all-round knowledge of what owners expect to hold on to and what they are willing to give in. Marcos graduated in Computer Science from the University of Ibirapuera in São Paulo and holds a Broker license number 64.989 from CRECI (Regional Real Estate Council).

Marcos still finds time in his very busy schedule to dedicate part of his weekends to social work, ministering courses that provide tremendous support to young adults and teenagers, most of whom are unemployed or going through some sort of hardship. .
