Jair Fernandes is a consultant in Ocupantes and manages part of the ground research for retail clients in the north of the country (Maranhão and Pará states) and part of the southeast (Minaas Gerais and Espírito Santo).

The research teams undertake, under his supervision, field research and identification of potential alternatives, gathering property documentation (such as Property Registration, Fire Brigade approvals, etc), preparing reports, contacting owners, brokers and service providers, as well as taking part in the actual negotiations.
Jair Fernandes was responsible for the training of new consultants and researchers, mainly in the cities of Goiânia, Belo Horizonte and Vitória.

His 15 years’ experience in administration, including sales and client services, has provided Jair with the necessary ease in which to prepare complete and clear reports, giving the Transactional Department full comfort in transmitting to the client the best recommendations, guaranteeing that the clients’ needs will be fully met.
