Haroldo Lopes is specialized in corporate representation and is a team leaser in Ocupantes. Prior to joining Ocupantes in 2004, Mr. Lopes worked in the multinational French bank, Société Générale, in the foreign exchange sector. He has also worked in administrative planning in the pharmaceutical company Eurofarma.  Since 1996, Mr. Lopes has been active in real estate, at first managing properties for a British Institution and later as a professional broker, acting for corporate clients.

Haroldo Lopes also works at The Salvation Army, the NGO present in 108 countries, dedicated to several social causes, especially to children at risk. As a photographer, Mr. Lopes has traveled around Brazil and other countries, capturing images that transmit the cultures and particular expressions of diverse peoples and ethnicities. He graduated from the Mackenzie University, having read Business Administration, as well having coursed Real Estate Transactions, holding the brokerage license number n° 70954.
