Fabio Talero has over 19 years of experience in Corporte Real Estate and currently leads Ocupantes Project Management services.
Prior to joining Ocupantes, Mr. Talero was the Account Manager responsible for the delivery of all RE services for EDS in Latin America, including Facility Management, Project Management and Transaction Management Operations. Functions also include implementation of polices & procedures in the region, budgeting, strategic planning and business development. Portfolio included facilities in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, México, Panama and Venezuela with more than 1 Million sqf under his responsibility.
In his professional life, Mr. Talero has leaded several large scale projects varied from US$1M to US$50M throughout the Latin America Region. Major Clients include, EDS, AMEX, ABN AMRO, HSBC, Citibank, CBD Compañia Brasileira de Distribuição (Pão de azucar) and BP (British Petroleum). Fabio is experienced in undertaking complex projects in different cultures and working environments
He graduated in Civil Engineering from the Escuela Colombiana de Ingenieria, in Bogotá and has a Master of Science degree in Project Management, from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, in Blacksburg, Virginia, EUA.
