Cláudio Lísias is Director of Ocupantes’ Rio de Janeiro Office.  He is also responsible for coordinating market research in the city and its sub-markets, as well as specific site searches and preparation of reports.  Claudio is responsible for establishing Ocupantes’ presence in Rio, maintaining relationship with landlords and developers and seeking out business in as well as giving support to client assignments in the region.

 His military background gave Mr. Lísias experience in land survey.  He later became involved in community projects in the north east of Brazil.
 Mr. Lísias was one of the first to be invited to form part of the Ocupantes team when the business was launched. From the start, he was quick to learn how to serve the client with the high level of care that Ocupantes demands. 

 Mr. Lísias considers his work in Ocupantes as an opportunity to develop his skills in business management as well as being an ambience of challenge, yet within a structure that allows for effective professional development.
