Cesar Morgado is a consultant in Ocupantes’ Recife Office, in the state of Pernambuco.  His activities include site searches in the states of Pernambuco and Alagoas, gathering of information and property documentation, and participation in the transactions and closing of leases.   He also assists in the management of the Recife office, undertaking administrative tasks and directing local field researchers.

In his professional experience, Mr. Morgado has worked in export agencies and international commerce, which also included office management tasks and personnel management, stock control and monitoring of cargo transition through the port systems.
