LUCAS PIRES
 Lucas Pires has been a consultant with Ocupantes since 2007 and has experience in property research and in the management of transactions on behalf of occupiers, both in São Paulo and Porto Alegre, both retail and office. before becoming a consultant, Lucas acted as a full time researcher gathering information about availability and building specifications, and providing an important background of market knowledge.
HILDEBRANDO FILHO
 Hildebrando Filho is a consultant at Ocupantes as well as providing support on the updating and verification of technical and commercial information on corporate office space, including ground research and preparation of reports for the Tenant Representation teams. His experience in administrative work provides essential background and ability to handle detail and thereby a smooth interaction of the Tenant Reps with their clients.
Mr. Filho is currently coursing a Bachelorhood in Languages (Portuguese - Italian) at the University of São Paulo – USP.
Mr. Filho speaks Italian.
MOISÉS NASCIMENTO
 Moises Nascimento was previously an IT teacher. His knowledge includes the use of main softwares such as Windows (3.11, 95, 98, ME, 2000, NT, XP) Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Internet, Multimedia, HTML, Networks and Web Design. He currently works for the Research Department, gathering information about commercial and industrial real estate, confirming critical data such as technical details, and verifying availability for lease and sale. His background ensures the smooth functioning of the database, essential for the preparation of reports by the Business Team. Moisés is currently studying Civil Engineering.
