Bruce Lorimer is Anglo-Brazilian, a partner of Ocupantes and Corporate Services Director with over 16 years real estate experience representing large corporations in their most diverse property requirements throughout Brazil.
Prior to founding Ocupantes, Bruce worked for 9 years at CBRE, having spent the last 7 years leading the Corporate Services division in São Paulo, Brazil. His innovative thinking and determination during his tenure led the Corporate Services team to a new level within the organization.
Bruce is a civil engineer graduated from Durham University, England, officially recognized by the University of São Paulo (USP), with a Master's degree in European Construction Engineering from Loughborough University in conjunction with the University of Cantabria, Spain.
Having lived almost 30 years several Brazilian capitals, Bruce detains a profound knowledge of local real estate legislation, typical market practices and transaction processes in Brazil; he is fully fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
