Anderson Souza is a Consultant in Ocupantes’ Salvador office in the State of Bahia.  His functions include field research and site identification in client expansion processes, as well as the management of the transaction process between the parties, execution of leases in Salvador and interior of Bahia.   Mr. Souza also manages support staff and has administrative functions in the management of the Salvador Office.

His professional experience includes work in the insurance business, including property risk coverage, as well as management positions in administrative roles.  These activities confer Mr. Souza with the ability to evaluate properties and assist clients in relation to administrative processes relating to post-negotiation needs, tasks which are often as important as the real estate consulting itself.

Mr. Souza has several business courses including Sales, Personnel management, Administration of Small and Medium Firms, Commercial Negotiaitons and Customer Care, all offered by large insurance firms and professionalizing courses offered by the State of Bahia.

He is an insurance broker registered at the National Foundation of Private Insurers, accredited by the Institute of Provate Insurers of Bahia.  Mr. Souza is currently studying retail management at Salvador University.
