Unisys is a worldwide Information Technology service and solution company. One of its most important achievements in Brazil was its participation in the procedure for modernizing public voting, providing Electronic Ballot Boxes, which not only streamline ballot counting, but also practically eliminate the possibility of fraud.

Ocupantes was retained to assist in relocating its offices in Belo Horizonte. To that end, it carried out market research and feasibility studies, including financial and qualitative analyses. Upon conclusion, Unisys leased 2000 sqm in the Telemar building, in the Cruzeiro district, near the Estação Sul Fashion Mall.
