Prosperitas was a spin-off of the real estate investment arm of the well known local firm GP Investimentos, one of the largest Brazilian fund managers.  Seeking their own identity, Prosperitas hired Ocupantes to locate in the market an office between 300 m² and 350 m², in a Class A building yet with a competitive price.

Following an extremely detailed research in the Itaim Bibi and Vila Olímpia regions, and within one week, Ocupantes identified an excellent opportunity for Prosperitas on the 13th floor of the “CBS” Building, with an excellent view to the Ibirapuera Park.
