Pec Tech was seeking to implement, in the shortest possible timeframe, an office in São Paulo, to house a team of engineers who were working on a project of a new plant for Bahia Pulp, in north-east Brazil. In under one week, Ocupantes prepared a detailed survey report, highlighting the potential alternatives, which were then visited. In under 60 days of Ocupantes’ involvement, Pec Tech was signing a new lease contract at the lowest rental rate in the Passarelli Building, located close to the Rebouças Avenue.
