Infinity Officing Solutions, successors of the HQ Serviced Offices in Brazil, is one of the largest Business Space solution providers in Brazil, with 16 offices in major office buildings, located in nine major Brazilian cities.  Lacking presence on the Paulista Avenue, a major business location in São Paulo, Infinity relied on Ocupantes’ support to identify an office of approximately 1,000 m², on one floor in a Class A building. 

Following a detailed search, Ocupantes identified a floor in the Parque Cultural Paulista Building.  As well as negotiating the lease on behalf of Infinity, Ocupantes was the first firm to find occupiers for Infinity, placing two corporate clients with a temporary space need.
