Hargos Private Credit Recovery is a young company, and due to its fast growth needed to expand its offices from 320 m² to 800 m².  The desire to move to the Paulista region had come against several obstacles, mainly due to the inconsistency and lack of detail presented by local brokers about the alternatives available.  A Hargos supplier, who already knew about Ocupantes, recommended our services.

Ocupantes researched a number of options that attended the client’s initial expectations, and gave start to the site visits. Hargos’ management became satisfied with the possibility of remaining in the Paulista region.  Comparative Financial Analyses were presented, and their final choice directed negotiations, undertaken by Ocupantes.

In the end, Hargos moved to the 6th floor of the “Padre Manoel da Nóbrega” building, on Bela Cintra Steet, 40 m from the Paulista Avenue.
